What are Credits used for?
點數為平台的通用貨幣 (1 點數 ≈ 1 美元)。點數的核心用途包括：
- 當免費限額用完時，用於發送「非好友訊息」。
- 用於申請「交換聯絡方式」（每次交換成功消耗 25 點數）。
- 購買並贈送虛擬花朵給心儀對象。
Credits are the platform's currency (1 Credit ≈ 1 USD). Credits can be used for:
- Sending "Non-friend Messages" after monthly quotas are exhausted.
- Requesting to "Exchange Contacts".
- Purchasing and sending virtual flowers to users you like.

當雙方尚未交換聯絡方式時，系統視為「非好友關係」。在此狀態下互發訊息，需消耗「非好友訊息限額」。
When two users have not exchanged contact information, the system considers it a "Non-friend relationship". Sending messages in this state requires "Non-friend Message Quotas".
「非好友訊息」的消耗如何計算？
How is the message quota consumption calculated?
當雙方尚未成功交換聯絡方式前，系統判定為「非好友關係」。在此狀態下互相發送訊息，需消耗「非好友訊息限額」，扣除邏輯如下：
- 免費用戶： 每發送 1 則訊息，消耗 3 個非好友訊息限額。
- 中級會員與尊貴會員： 每發送 1 則訊息，僅消耗 1 個非好友訊息限額。
Users who have not exchanged contact information are classified as "Non-friends." Sending messages in this state consumes "Non-friend Message Quotas" based on the following rules:
- Free Member: Deducts 3 quotas per message sent.
- Intermediate / Royal Member: Deducts 1 quota per message sent.
非好友訊息額度從哪裡來？可以充值嗎？

非好友訊息額度有以下兩種獲取方式：
- 每月派發：中級及尊貴會員每月會自動獲贈一定數量的限額。
- 點數購買：額度用罄後，可前往「充值」頁面使用點數購買。
Non-friend message quotas can be obtained through two methods:
- Monthly Distribution: Intermediate and Royal members automatically receive a specific number of quotas every month.
- Purchase with Credits: Once used up, you can go to the "Recharge" page to purchase more using credits.
何時可以在平台上免費無限聊天？
When can I chat for free and unlimited?
當雙方成功使用「交換聯絡」功能互加為好友後，即可永久解鎖彼此的聊天限制。成功互加好友後，雙方在平台內發送訊息完全免費且無限次數，不再消耗任何限額或點數。
Once both parties successfully use the "Exchange Contacts" feature and become friends, the chat restriction is permanently unlocked. You can then send messages within the platform completely free and unlimited, without consuming any quotas or Credits.
如何與其他用戶「交換聯絡」成為好友？
How to "Exchange Contacts" and become friends?
為保障用戶隱私並確保互動誠意，向心儀對象申請「交換聯絡」需符合對方設定的接收條件。目前系統共有三種交換方式：
- 方式一 僅限尊貴會員：只有「尊貴會員」可提出申請。
- 方式二 中級或尊貴會員交換：只有中級或尊貴會員可提出交換聯絡申請。
若免費額度不足，系統將自動扣除點數餘額。
- 方式三 贈送花朵解鎖 ：申請方需向對方贈送指定數量的虛擬花朵。解鎖所需的最少花朵數量為 30 朵，實際數量由接收方用戶自行設定。
To protect privacy and ensure sincerity, exchanging contacts depends on the specific requirements set by the recipient. There are three available methods:
- Method 1 (Royal Members Only): Only "Royal Members" can initiate a contact exchange request.
- Method 2 (Intermediate or Royal Members): Only Intermediate or Royal members can apply using their monthly "Contact Quotas". If insufficient, the system automatically deducts Credits.
- Method 3 (Send Flowers): The requester must send the required number of virtual flowers. The minimum requirement is 30 flowers, while the exact amount is custom-set by the recipient.
交換聯絡後，發現對方的聯絡方式留空或錯誤，可以退回限額嗎？
Can I get a refund if the contact info is empty or invalid?
系統無法退回任何消耗的限額或點數。 在平台中，交換聯絡方式屬於用戶個人的社交行為。由於用戶資料可隨時更新，且回覆與否屬於個人意願，一旦系統成功解鎖雙方的聯絡關係，即代表您已理解並同意承擔可能與預期不符的風險。建議您在消耗點數交換前，先參考對方個人檔案的「星級評分」與「認證狀態」。
The system cannot refund any consumed quotas or Credits. Exchanging contact information is deemed a personal social decision. Since user profiles can be updated at any time and replying remains optional, unlocking a profile indicates you accept the risk of potential discrepancies. We strongly recommend reviewing the user's star rating and verification status before initiating an exchange.
如何獲得「實名認證徽章」與「星級用戶徽章」？
How to get a "Verified" or "Star User" badge?
平台提供以下兩種專屬認證徽章，獲取條件如下：
- 實名 / 年齡認證徽章： 用戶需前往設定頁面觀看指引並上傳相關身分憑證，經官方客服人工審核通過後即可獲得。
- 星級用戶徽章 (⭑)： 用戶的個人檔案必須獲得至少 5 位其他用戶的評分，且系統計算的累積平均分數達到 4.0 分或以上，系統將會自動發放徽章。
The platform offers two types of verification badges with the following requirements:
- ID / Age Verification Badge: Granted after users upload valid identification documents through the settings page and pass manual support review.
- Star User Badge (⭑): Automatically issued once a user profile receives ratings from at least 5 distinct users, maintaining an average score of 4.0 or above.
擁有星級用戶徽章 (女會員) 有什麼獎勵與限制？
What are the rewards and restrictions for Star Female Members?
星級用戶（女會員）可享有每月登入獎勵。符合資格的星級女會員在參與登入獎勵計劃後， 可獲得 10 個非好友訊息限額，並直接存入帳戶。每位合資格會員每月最多可領取一次，領取時，帳戶內的非好友訊息限額需少於 20 個。此功能目前僅支援網頁版。
重要提醒：請勿透過聊天室交換個人聯絡方式，平台對違規行為採取零容忍政策，並會進行審核與處理，為確保平台制度的公平性與互動品質，星級用戶的資格門檻可能會不定期調整。
擁有「星級用戶徽章」的女會員享有以下「每月網頁版登入獎勵」：
- 獎勵內容： 符合資格的星級女會員每月參與登入獎勵計劃，可免費獲得 10 個「非好友訊息限額」，系統會直接存入帳戶。
- 領取限制： 每位符合資格的女會員每月最多領取一次。領取當下，帳戶內的非好友訊息限額必須少於 20 個
- 平台限制：此獎勵功能目前僅支援網頁版（Web version），App版暫不支援。
重要安全提醒： 平台禁止用戶透過聊天室私下交換個人聯絡方式。官方對私下導流違規行為採取零容忍政策，系統與人工將不定期進行審核與處置。
Female users with a "Star User Badge" are eligible for the following monthly web-exclusive login rewards:
- Reward: Eligible Star Female Members will receive 10 complimentary "Non-friend Message Quotas" directly deposited into their accounts.
- Restrictions: Limit of one claim per eligible member per calendar month. The current non-friend message quota in the account must be below 20 at the time of claiming.
- Platform Limit: This feature is currently supported on the Web Version only (unsupported on mobile apps).
Safety Warning: Exchanging personal contact information directly within the chat rooms is strictly prohibited. Princess Dating maintains a zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized external redirection; violations are subject to system and manual account restrictions.
購買錯誤可以補差額轉換會籍等級嗎？
Can I pay the difference to upgrade my membership tier?
不可以，系統不支援補差額人工升級。 由於 Princess Dating 的帳務系統為全自動運作，技術上無法進行人工修改、撤銷或逆轉。如您想由「中級會員」升級為「尊貴會員」，請直接加購尊貴會員方案。原中級會員會籍期間所獲得的權益與獎勵將會全數保留於您的帳戶中，不會被扣除或撤回。
No, modifying or upgrading membership tiers via paying the price difference is not supported. Because our billing and accounting system is fully automated, manual adjustments or transaction reversals cannot be performed. To upgrade from Intermediate to Royal Member, please purchase the Royal plan directly. Any unused rewards or benefits from your current Intermediate membership will be retained in your account.
如何舉報騷擾或違規行為？
How to report harassment or violations?
若您在 Princess Dating 平台上遇到疑似違反使用者條款的行為（包含：商業推廣廣告、詐騙、不當言語、未滿 18 歲註冊等），請直接前往該用戶的個人主頁，點擊「舉報」功能。
- 自動化風控：當某一帳戶被不同用戶檢舉達到系統設定的特定次數時，系統會立即執行自動化權限限制，先行隔離潛在違規者。
- 人工終極處罰：針對情節嚴重的違規行為，經管理員人工核實確認後，平台將對該違規帳號執行永久停權。
- 隱私保護：舉報者的真實身分與檢舉紀錄將全程加密保密，被舉報方無法查看。
If you encounter behavior violating our Terms of Service (including commercial promotion, scams, inappropriate language, or underage users under 18), please visit the offender's profile and use the "Report" function.
- Automated Risk Control: Once an account accumulates a specific threshold of reports, the system automatically enforces temporary restrictions to immediately isolate the potential violator.
- Manual Permaban: For severe violations verified by our administration team, the offending account will face a permanent ban.
- Privacy Protection: The reporter's identity and submission logs remain completely anonymous and strictly confidential throughout the entire process.
